Day 168: Timers

Walking out of Walmart with a dozen timers is definitely an experience.

And the lovely trim goes onto my lovely blue silk. <3

Day 163: Fat Cat, #2

I made friends with Pickles and took lots of odd pictures. Like this one. He's easier to take pictures of then Holly, because he moves way less.

Day 162: Light

It was really hard to capture this light on my camera...but it was so...Kansas. I had forgotten how the light sometimes gets like this, and it was lovely.

Day 161: Trim!

Trim for my dress! I got them from Calontir Trim, and recommend it highly. It's lovely, cheaper than Joann's, and, of course, medieval/Renaissance. It also got to my grandparents' house in the middle of Kansas fairly quickly.

P.S. They also sell a strip of Bayeux Tapestry reproduction, which I almost want to buy just for the heck of it. And may or may not have made me gasp and splutter.

Day 160: Fat Cat

My grandparents' cat looking like the useless dork he is. Funnily, though.

Day 159: Fail #9

Not sure how I missed this one.

But your point is irrelevant. David Tennant has a kitten.

Day 158: Pins

And I got to work on my dress! (For those who don't know, I made a 12th century dress.)

Day 157: Kansas

This is where I stayed for two weeks to work on my dress with my Granny.

Not the best of pictures, but it was late and I'd been on and off airplanes for lots of the day...

Day 156: Fail #8

Focus on Ten's happies and not my rising fail count, please.

(Though hey, at least I'm still going!)

Day 155: Hydrangea Bushes

"This is a very interesting situation!" -George Bailey

Yes, that is really what I think whenever I say the name of this lovely bush. I really enjoyed these flowers.

Day 153: Girl Hammer

My girl hammer. It has screwdrivers of varying sizes in it, too.

It's my graduation present.

No seriously.

P.S. Notice my vintage* Narnia set in the background! Props if you can guess what the the book on the far left is.

*heavily loved
